A Few Simple Rules for a Great Stay

We want every guest to feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. These rules help us maintain the high standards reflected in our 4.2-star Google rating and 79 five-star reviews. Thank you for doing your part.

Park Rules

Always check with Park Manager before changing or adding anything to the lot and/or park model.

This park is designed, operated, and maintained for the use and benefit of Mature Active Adults.

RVs must be 2000 or newer, at the discretion of management.

All park buildings are SMOKE FREE. Please dispose of cigarette butts only in designated receptacles.

DO NOT THROW cigarette butts on the ground anywhere in the park.

Keep your site free of debris. Garbage receptacles are located throughout the park for your convenience.

Sewer connections must be airtight and kept off the ground.

Clotheslines or outdoor clothing racks are not permitted.

Please do not walk or drive through lots/sites other than the one you rented.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Failure to follow park rules may result in fines or being asked to leave with no refund.

Owner or management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.

Speed Limit & Vehicles

Please obey the park speed limit of 8 mph.

Vehicle maintenance and repairs are not allowed in the park.

Washing rigs with a hose is not permitted.

4

Bucket washing is allowed.

Pet Policy

1

We are a pet-friendly park. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and owners must be in control of the leash.

Pets are not allowed: In the lakes area, Inside park buildings (except the office), Beyond the pool gate in the pool area.

Please pick up after your pet immediately using a doggie bag and dispose of it in park garbage cans.

Pets must not be left tied outside unattended. Coyotes and Javelina frequent the park.

Designated pet walks are available for your convenience and safety.

Lakes & Fishing

Enjoy our lakes and resident ducks while respecting their environment.

Please do not feed bread to the ducks.

All fishing is catch and release only.

4

Please use barbless hooks.

No boats or swimming are allowed in the ponds/lakes.

Arrivals & Departures

All visitors must check in at the office.

2

Overnight visitors may stay a maximum of two (2) weeks per year.

3

Under a long-term residential lease, no more than two (2) persons may reside per site.

Additional residents are considered visitors and are limited to a two-week stay.

5

Visiting children 18 years of age or younger must be under constant supervision by the guest while using park facilities.

6

Children should not disturb other tenants or guests.
